Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
